I’ll be taking a break from Tumblr for at least a month to clear my head and work on my spiritual development. Although tumblr has been a great source of support for me, I’ve realized that I’m spending too much time on here and trying to be validated by my number of followers, etc. I need to take some time for myself and figure out who I really am and delve deeper into my spirituality :) I’ll be back at some point!
I just did a HIIT workout by Jessica Smith and I feel like I’m gonna die omg. I could only do maybe 20 mins of it ( I sort of skipped around and was like NOPE when it came to the burpees) but I’m proud of myself for trying and finishing her whole class schedule for last week! Here’s go going strong for week two!
